To use TrueBot Services, you must:

3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use our Services for:
- Any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Transmitting spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial messages.
- Interfering with the system or network security.
You are responsible for:

4. Payments and Subscriptions
TrueBot may offer both free and paid plans. By subscribing to any paid services:
- You authorize us (via Razorpay or other gateways) to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
- Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
4.1 Razorpay Integration
All payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for issues arising from payment gateway errors, disputes, or failures.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TrueBot:
- If you breach any part of these Terms.
- If required by law enforcement or court order.
- If your payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
- If your usage causes harm to our servers or reputation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to the date of termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in TrueBot are owned by or licensed to us.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
- We do not claim ownership over the data or content you provide to us; however, you grant us a limited license to process and store it as needed to provide our Services.

- Any bugs or issues will be corrected immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBot and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueBot and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
